policies
By booking an appointment at Alchemy Wax Studio you are agreeing to the policy.
Lateness
Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a strict 10 minute grace period to show up for your scheduled appointment. If you are not inside my studio ready for your wax at the 10 minute mark, your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled. It’s not fair to those scheduled after you if I accommodate your lateness. PLEASE NOTE: you will be charged as a “late cancellation” / “no show” for your appointment if you are late.
Payment methods
I accept all major credit/debit cards, apple pay and cash. I do not accept venmo/cashapp. Please note - I do not carry change so cash payments must be made exact.
Guests
Please do not bring any additional guests or children into the studio. It’s quite small and not suitable for children. If you have someone accompanying you, there is a waiting area right outside my door.
Deposits
If a deposit is required to book your reservation, it is non-refundable and will be used toward your service total. Reschedules with less than 24 hours notice, no shows or lateness beyond the grace period will all require a new deposit.
Refunds
There will be no refunds given for services rendered. If you are unhappy with your service, please let me know within 5 days and I will contact you privately to remedy the issue. All product sales are final.
Cancellations
Please give 24 hours notice of any cancellations. This can be done via the link in your confirmation text or by contacting me at 484-254-6321. Cancellations or Reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance forfeit any deposit paid. No shows & late cancels will be charged for 25% of services booked to the card on file.
